CBT Therapist in North London

If you have been looking for a CBT therapist in North London, you may already know that you do not need to wait until things fall apart. Many people come to therapy while they are still working, caring for others and appearing fine...and feeling quietly overwhelmed underneath.

The Thought Garden offers Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy (DIT) with Elena Georgiou-Turner, a BABCP-accredited CBT therapist and DIT practitioner. Sessions are available in person in Wood Green (N22) and online across the UK.

In-person sessions take place at Blue House Yard, 5 River Park Road, London N22 7TB. The practice is a short walk from Wood Green Underground station and Alexandra Palace station, with several bus routes nearby. Please enquire about free parking.

People travel from across Haringey, Enfield, Barnet and the rest of North London. If coming in person feels like too much right now, online sessions via Microsoft Teams are available Monday to Friday, with limited weekend appointments.
